Fleet Officer - Fleetleader
Job Description
  • Administer company’s fleet of vehicles with regards to fuel consumption, credit cards, repairs and maintenance, and any other motor vehicle running expense and prepare regular reports as required.
  • Compile and maintain up-to-date records of accidents for company vehicles and tally with the monthly insurance claims listings.
  • Report any discrepancies in the vehicle insurance claims.
  • Scrutinize the vehicles of operations and sales on a regular basis, and inform Management of any matter or discrepancy which necessitates attention, including damage, accidents, etc.
  • Provide support to Management in ensuring that on-time, quality, and cost-effective purchases are made for company’s vehicles.
  • Provide administrative support with regards to purchase and disposal of vehicles.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • HSC/Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical.
  • Experience in fleet management would be an advantage.
  • Good geographical knowledge.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and French.
  • Computer literate.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Willingness to work odd hours.
  • A valid & clean driving license & certificate of character is mandatory.
  • Preparing work orders and signing off before any vehicles are sent to the garage for routine maintenance/repairs or accidental repair.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling photovoltaic (solar panel) solutions to both residential and corporate clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
