key Responsibilities- Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring timely follow-up with clients.
- Receive customer vehicles for servicing while accurately recording client information and contact details.
- Prepare and issue precise service order estimates and quotations in a timely manner.

- Gather information on parts to be ordered in a timely manner.

Job Description
To act as a link between the customer and the workshop in order to meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and offer excellent customer experience from intake to delivery of vehicles.
- Generate estimates of repairs and quotation for customers.
- Determine and diagnose vehicle issues based on customer’s description/vehicle verification.
- Schedule service appointments with regards to customer’s vehicle repairs.
- Follow up with service appointment and booking with planning officer.
