ABC Properties Co. Ltd is looking for a talented Junior Project Development Officer to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Project Development Manager to manage specified, complex, and challenging infrastructural projects within the ABC Automobile Division.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare project reports as requested by the Project Development Manager.

Payroll and Admin Assistant

ABC Motors Co. Ltd is looking for a Payroll and Admin Assistant.

Main Responsibilities

  • Process payroll and issue relevant reports as requested while ensuring strict confidentiality of information.
  • Compile, monitor, verify, and reconcile all financial data for payroll and benefits transactions including posting data, and coordinate processing of payroll and personnel transactions.
  • Record employee information such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations to maintain and update payroll records.
  • Enter new employees’ data (e.g., bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases.
  • Generate pay slips for operatives and statements of emoluments.
  • Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes, and insurance deductions.
  • Perform temporary payroll runs and obtain approval from Assistant HR Manager/COO before sending to the bank.
  • Send electronic transfers, letters, and reports to banks. Ensure that employees’ accounts are credited accordingly.
  • Liaise with different AHRM/BU Managers for the entire payroll process to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Create and compile statistical reports, statements, and summaries related to pay using payroll statistics software.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Management and any other relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in payroll.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and Sicorax or accounting software.
  • Strong mathematical skills with an ability to spot numerical errors.
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
