Responsibilities
- Ensure proper reception and delivery of vehicles to customers, liaising with service advisors to assist in the smooth flow of vehicles in the workshop.
- Fill in the security checklist properly (checking both interior and exterior) of the vehicle in the presence of the client, and keep records of security checklists.
- Take photos of vehicles while doing the checklist and keep records for future reference (proper file keeping).
- Provide daily updates to the Sales Engineer and Service Advisors on the number of vehicles received and delivered.
- Report any incidents witnessed to the Sales Engineer.

- Attend to service advisor, technical team, and surveyors’ requests for pictures.

Responsibilities
- Administer company’s fleet of vehicles with regards to fuel consumptions, credit cards, repairs and maintenance and any other motor vehicle running expense, and prepare regular reports as required.

Skoda and Chery Aftersales is looking for a skilled automotive mechanic with at least 5 years of hands-on experience to join its team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance checks on oil, filter, and belt changes according to schedules.
- Remove parts that are worn/faulty or not operating properly and replace them.
- Execute maximum repairs and maintenance of jobs allocated by the supervisor.
- Perform road test with foreman as and when necessary to verify customers’ complaints.
- Ability to explain and interpret technical specifications of motor vehicles, parts, and components.
- Ability to do accurate fault finding with little or no supervision.
