Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Support will support the digital marketing team in executing online campaigns, managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and assisting with administrative and coordination tasks. This role suits a proactive, creative, and organized individual with a strong interest in digital marketing.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan and publish content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok (basic knowledge in CapCut Pro would be an advantage).
  • Plan, shoot, publish, and manage TikTok content aligned with brand objectives, and monitor TikTok trends to suggest creative content ideas.
  • Manage daily posting schedules and ensure content is published on time.
  • Support paid advertising campaigns under supervision.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports and summaries.
  • Assist with coordination between departments and stakeholders regarding marketing materials.
  • Provide administrative support, including documentation, filing, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Provide live coverage of events and activities through on-site photo and video shooting.
  • Carry forward and support any additional digital marketing–related activities as and when required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • SC / HSC holder.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms, especially TikTok.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.

Main Purpose of the Role

As a Sales Advisor for Hangcha Forklifts and Warehouse Equipment, you will be responsible for driving sales performance by identifying opportunities, engaging clients, and delivering exceptional service throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Hangcha Forklifts and Warehouse Equipment to new and existing clients.
  • Conduct field visits and prospecting activities to expand the customer base.
  • Consistently exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to final closure.
  • Provide follow-up and after-sales support to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM/database.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service in alignment with company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Higher School Certificate (HSC) and/or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the forklift, industrial equipment, or automotive sectors.
  • Knowledge of the automotive market is an advantage.
