Short Job Description
To act as a link between the customer and the workshop in order to meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and offer excellent customer experience from intake to delivery of vehicles.
- Generate estimates of repairs and quotation for customers.
- Determine and diagnose vehicle issues based on customer’s description/vehicle verification.
- Schedule service appointments with regards to customer’s vehicle repairs.
- Follow up with service appointment and booking with planning officer.
- Liaise with Workshop Coordinator/Engineers and Parts Advisor to ensure timely completion of work.
- Liaise and negotiate with motor surveyors to finalise repairs
- Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services.
- Keep record of all service repair order and update the customer database.
- Ensure an excellent customer service as per the Company procedures and standards.
Requirements
- HSC Certificate or Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT tools

- Multi-Tasking with proper Planning & organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid driving license
Responsibilities
- Manage and handle data processing functions on a day-to-day basis.
- Process daily customer sales files efficiently.
- Keep proper record of customer files for reference and statistical purposes after processing delivery of vehicles to clients.
- Assist in the achievement and delivery of high level of customer service standards.
- Interact with cross-functional teams to process and integrate related data.
- Process related informational data and forward to appropriate personnel for approval.
- Adhere to health and safety, and quality standards as applicable to duties and accountabilities.
Your Profile
- HSC holder.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Computer literate.
- Knowledge of NTA/Registrar.
- General/Insurance company functions, procedures and requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and French (written and oral).
- Solution provider with good decision-making skill.
- Ability to work in team and independently.
- Strong ethics and reliability.

key Responsibilities
- Ensure a high level of safety and security for plant, equipment, personnel, and clients at IOIL (Riche Terre).
- Support in maintaining good housekeeping practices and safety standards within the premises.
- Continuously improve and update skills, knowledge, and abilities in line with system requirements.
- Prevent break-ins and theft through effective guarding and surveillance.
- Monitor and control access points, including entrances and traffic flows in/out of the premises.
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers, visitors, and staff.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in security.
- Holder of a valid driving licence with own transport.
- Minimum educational qualification: Form V.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a commercial environment.
- Knowledge of self-defense techniques.
- Certificate in First Aid and training in Fire Fighting would be an advantage.
