Main Purpose of the Role
The Business Development Manager will act as a key business enabler by leading process improvement initiatives, driving innovation, and ensuring that organizational processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. The role also involves leadership of key support departments and strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Streamline processes and implement lean, efficiency-focused solutions.
- Identify, define, and monitor KPIs to track performance, support decision-making, and ensure continuous improvement across departments.
- Provide strategic support and guidance to Top Management.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans and projects aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring measurable growth in revenue and performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification (MBA / Project Management / Lean / QMS) is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years’ managerial experience in business development, change, or project management.

Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Support will support the digital marketing team in executing online campaigns, managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and assisting with administrative and coordination tasks. This role suits a proactive, creative, and organized individual with a strong interest in digital marketing.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and publish content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok (basic knowledge of CapCut Pro would be an advantage).
- Plan, shoot, publish, and manage TikTok content aligned with brand objectives, and monitor TikTok trends to suggest creative content ideas.
- Manage daily posting schedules and ensure content is published on time.
- Support paid advertising campaigns under supervision.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports and summaries.
- Assist with coordination between departments and stakeholders regarding marketing materials.
- Provide administrative support, including documentation, filing, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Provide live coverage of events and activities through on-site photo and video shooting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate company trucks to transport goods and equipment to designated locations as per schedule.
- Ensure safe loading, securing, and unloading of cargo.
- Inspect vehicle before and after trips to ensure roadworthiness, including tires, brakes, lights, and fluids.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, trip sheets, and fuel consumption records.

- Good communication skills and basic literacy for documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- To carry out wheel alignment on vehicles and any other related repairs concerning vehicle geometry on customers’ vehicles.
- Deliver a high level of customer service standards.
- Ensure that customers’ requests and complaints for repairs and maintenance are effectively attended.
- Perform road tests with the foreman/client to confirm that problems have been resolved.
- Ability to decide if a vehicle requires wheel alignment intervention after basic visual suspension checks.
EXPERIENCE
- 1 – 3 years working experience in a similar position.
QUALIFICATIONS
- SC
- Technical Certificate in Motor Vehicle.
- NTC 1, BEP, City & Guilds Part 3.
- Knowledge about vehicles and spare parts would be an advantage.
- Valid Driving Licence.
