Requirements

Main Purpose of the Role
The Workshop Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of body repair activities by allocating work to Painters and Panel Beaters, monitoring job progress, and ensuring repairs are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards. The role focuses on controlling workshop workflow, managing parts and job priorities, coordinating with insurers and service advisors, and ensuring effective use of manpower, equipment, and workshop space while maintaining safety, housekeeping, and productivity targets.
Your role/Key Responsibilities
- Supervising daily operations of the body repair workshop.
- Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services.
- Attend and participate in meetings.
- Focusing on and maintaining Body and Paint standards.
- Maximize use of productive employees and ensure efficiency of the workshop.
- Good record keeping of attendance and overtime.
- Daily focus on labour hours and productivity.
- Approve job flow in the workshop in a disciplined manner.
- Take ownership of daily planning.
- Maintain strong relationship with service advisors.
- Adhere to health and safety and quality standards as applicable to duties and accountabilities and be able to inculcate a health and safety culture to employees.
Your Profile
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in the Automobile Sector).
- Good supervisory skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to listen to clients’ needs.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Ethical and reliable.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Very strong in Customer Excellence and relations skills.
- Team-oriented.
- Good leadership skills.
- Possess a valid car driving license.
- Strong technical/Body and Paint background.

Main Purpose of the Role
As a Sales Advisor for Hangcha Forklifts and Warehouse Equipment, you will be responsible for driving sales performance by identifying opportunities, engaging clients, and delivering exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Hangcha Forklifts and Warehouse Equipment to new and existing clients.
- Conduct field visits and prospecting activities to expand the customer base.
- Consistently exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

- Knowledge of automotive market is an advantage.
