• Diploma/Degree holder in Marketing.
• Produce engaging content both online and offline that converts target customers.
• Assist in successful marketing campaigns.
• Explore different acquisition channels, from pay per click campaigns to event management.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team.
• Dynamic and pleasant personality.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to handle multi-tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner.
• Promote and sell our services to new and existing customers (Individual and Corporate).
• Follow up with clients’ appointments.
• Generate service order estimates/quotes for customers.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ensure an excellent after-sales service by conducting close follow up.
• Keep record of all sales leads and update the customer database.

Requirements

• HSC or Diploma.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience (Automotive Sector would be an advantage).
• Valid Driving License.
• Proficiency in English/French.
• Good knowledge of MS Office Tools.
